Wawa started with Hatha Yoga and is a certified Moksha Hot Yoga teacher. She has since studied Ashtanga and pranayama with Paul Dallaghan. Her current practice focuses primarily on pranayama and is supplemented by asana.
My private classes will be based on student’s aptitude, natural law, and observation of the self. As I myself have suffered from spinal misalignments and have been through the process of a consistent personal practice as well as teaching experience, my hope is to help every person using the simplest concepts, the least power, and the best quality of breath to bring their most vulnerable areas back to the fullest health.The most important thing is to enable students to learn to “self-practice (observe), to not depend on the teacher, medicine, or the outside, to protect their body and their original, natural system.
