Sharon began practicing Hatha Yoga in 1995 and started practicing traditional Ashtanga Yoga and Pranayama in 2006. She completed Pranayama Teacher Training with O.P. Tiwari in November 2011.
Sharon teaches systematically, step-by-step, breaking down each asana in detail. She guides the students to focus on each and every moment in order to experience the profound integration of mind, body and spirit of yoga. She also teaches the students the massage techniques for muscle relaxation to relieve any local discomfort and improve their quality of sleep.
