My yoga journey began in Bogota, Colombia in 2004. Meditation and the integral yoga of Aurobindo led me to discover asana and pranayama through different styles; Dharma, Ashtanga, Prana Flow and Power Yoga.
In 2009 I took a teacher training in Baptiste Power Yoga with Martin Morris. Stayed in India during 2013 where I began a mysore style Ashtanga practice under the guidance of Saraswati Jois. Practiced and took an adjustment workshop with Guy Donahaye in New York.
I share my practice through vinyasa based classes. Starting with the breath, observing and exploring with the student, we find how the practice can help them learn about themselves, their body and mind, in a safe and challenging way, taking into account specific conditions (injuries, etc) when needed.
