Kelly started studying dance in middle school and then later transitioned to embark on the path of yoga. Styles she has studied include Hatha, Flow, and Anusara.
Many students, because of their lack of understanding of the body or because they are new to yoga and so do not have enough self-confidence, often experience frustration or injury, sometimes even giving up yoga altogether. Hence, in private classes, I want to first help students get to know their own bodies to enable them to understand how to use their bodies, creating self-confidence in the postures and helping them to find support and strength. The content of the classes will be based on the individual’s physical condition, needs, and timing, and will incorporate yoga’s breathing and healing techniques.
