Ada started with Hatha Yoga and uses Iyengar as her foundation. She is currently studying Yoga Therapy with Doug Keller.
Before beginning asana practice, Ada works with each student’s unique body on locating the pelvis as the root, the core muscles as the central axis, and bringing the spine into alignment. Using asana also as a therapeutic tool, the students get to know their body better. This helps in not only making proper adjustments in asana practice but also in eradicating bad habits and making improvements from a good foundation.
